Unbelievably terrible service. One of the worst we have ever experienced.
We came there on April 27th around 19.00. We sat outside and were not approached by anyone until we took the menu by ourselves from inside.
First, when we got our coffee we asked if they could make it a bit stronger as it tasted like milk only. The response was: “It is the machine that makes coffee, not us”. The waitress was unwilling to put any extra effort.
We wanted to pay for the coffee and go somewhere else where we could get a real one. We asked if we could still cancel the rest of the order we just recently placed. The response was “no because they make it there”. Not sure what the meaning was.
At the end, when we asked if we could get a bill the waitress responded with rolling eyes before pointing to the terminal located inside where I was supposed to go to pay. The other waitress I met while paying did not seem that friendly either.

Read moreI’ve been to many outlets across Europe, and this was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. The service was so poor it made me want to give zero stars.
I asked if they could provide hot water for someone who can’t drink cold beverages. The waiter asked if I wanted tea. I said just hot water was fine. In the end, they charged me €3.95 — the full price of a tea — for a simple cup of hot water with a cheap biscuit on the side. It honestly feels like a scam. At the very least, this should have been explained in advance.
When I ordered pasta, the waiter asked if I wanted cheese. Again, only when I saw the bill did I find out that it cost an extra €2.50. There was no mention of this unless you specifically asked or checked the receipt.

If there would be a way to give it zero stars I would, by far the worst service I have seen at any outlet or place in general. Just a couple rude girls with a manager that supposedly is not available while he walks through the back door.
Some more examples of their horrible service, I was prepared to buy an ice cream and also pay for the horn as that was their “policy” but wasn’t aloud to have it on a plate bc I don’t eat horns.
Mojito which we ordered was almost without alcohol, while costing 11 plus euros while they are out of Bacardi cans at like 2.50 NOT MADE BUT OUT OF A CAN!
Mint tea was with old leaves half of it dark already.
I feel they get good reviews because they have so many clients. When you actually decide to sit inside and pay for something you see their horrible service for what it is.
