I came to the store, was quite only me and customer by Kassa, I heard loud voice from woman in cashier counter even the customer already said enough in German language. Then when they leave, is time for me to do payment of pan I look for. And I asked the cashier woman do I get discount coz I'm outlet staff then she answered by where's ur card, I explained outlet now not used card but showing barcode from outlet site, and I do wrong on my password so takes time..but store was quite en not even closing time and no line behind me. Then she said I'm not patient to wait I give u 10% discount in and I said excuse me wat did u said? She said in loud noise she said no patience. Then I asked her name she said I won't give u my name want to pay the pan or not? I said I want to buy this pan but not with u with ur bad attitude for customer service. She has blond ginger hair shoulder with glasses around 40-50yrs old. Rude and very bad customer service hope one-day somebody teach her...

Bought a pan less than a year ago. Unfortunately the handle got lose. I got back to the store to claim my guarantee. I got no help at all. The unfriendly staff looked at the pan and said it has too many scratches on the bottom and that the coating inside doesn't look too good . I said I'm totally fine. Pan is working great and scratches are from our gas oven. Its only about the lose handle. Then she said: oh, you put it in the dish washer! -no, we don't even have one. Finally she said there's only a half a year using guarantee. For a Tefal pan??? Just not true .

She lied to me!!!!

I will talk to Tefal Europe about this incident.

I had to leave cause my right got denied and I got no help .

Don’t buy tefal! The quality of tefal here is really questionable! Bought a tefal kitchen machines for almost 500euro 2years ago, found out that it doesn’t work anymore 2months ago. Called roermond if they can help, they directly replied, no, if it is over warranty, they won’t do anything. That’s funny, if a 500euro tefal kitchen can’t last 2years, I would rather buy a cheap version , at least I won’t lose 500euro. And roermond’s attitude is also funny, they didn’t even try to help, just said, no, we can’t...
