Burger N Shake Rotterdam Hoogstraat — Restaurant in Rotterdam

Lovely place for a bite to eat, we had the old school burger, one beef and one chicken, both were delicious with plenty of sauce and toppings, both burgers made fresh with the beef hand pressed on the grill. We also got the small fries but there was more than enough to share, probably the best fries I've had, very tasty and cooked to perfection, the milkshake was lovely too. Seats available down and upstairs with food brought to the table after you've ordered, staff were very welcoming...

If I could give a ZERO, I would. First time, ordered there, asked for extra steak, a milkshake and an ice tea. Did not receive the ice tea and did not got the extra steak I paid for.

Second time, order via thuisbezorg, 1,5 hours and my order isn’t even being prepared. Writing this and still no order!!!!

Hire extra people if you cannot handle the work. It’s supposed to be a fast food and it’s everything but fast.

Tried both places in Den Haag and Rotterdam. Food is overpriced for the quality. The atmosphere is just horrible. What seems to be the manager, an older man with glasses, was being extremely mean to his worker because they forgot to put something in an order but just sat down without doing anything on his phone.
