Lijnbaan — Local services in Rotterdam

There is a decent bit of cover which was a good thing as it was raining on my visit. The upper and lower areas for retail is a clever design and has something going for it there. The shops are largely generic high street shops where you can find mostly clothing, but to be honest, there isn't much to make it stand out from another retail centre in any other city. It's certainly nice to see it but not a place worth going out of your way for. Really cool and aesthetically pleasing part of Rotterdam. I would highly recommend it for any tourists that wish to see a different part to Rotterdam filled with shops and other dining experiences.

All the shops are well lit, clean and all feature very friendly staff inside. If shopping isn't your thing, a simple walk through this area is amazing! Especially during the evening where all of the external lights come on and it allows the area to shine!
