Salsa Shop — Restaurant in Rotterdam

I had a bowl with Chili sin carne and fresh toppings. Products are fresh and surely done daily. The rice for the bowl was very also (flavorless). The chili instead was surprisingly tasty. The guac fresh, but missing salt, lime juice and cilantro. Salsas were not bad, but far from the best I’ve had. Kind of expensive for what it is, but been done daily and fresh I accept the price.

The worst the treatment from the staff. Not very helpful, friendly, and patient. Considering it was my first time here, the staff did not explain much how the choices work and seemed to be in a hurry to finish the order even if it was only one person after us.

Just the human factor would be the only reason I would...

Very disappointed in the large portion, I had ordered along with my friend both same order (except my friend had extra guacamole), his large burrito was double, I was served half of the portion, I went to the guy to order a second one ( because I didn't want to be rude) So I paid for another one but I made the comment that my friend got one double of size of mine, even though we order both large, so I paid for the second ( cause the portion they gave me was too little ) I get another small one. Extremely disappointed, knowing that I have been to another location of Salsa shop that is why I returned to try the one in Rotterdam. Paid more than 25 euros for 3/4...

The food was good, however the staff was rather disappointing. During the order the guy was not really pleasant and it looked like he was not interested in helping customers. He even got grumpy when new customers walked into the restaurant. We got our food and we were seated opposite the pick up area. The lady who was working there had (what it looked like) her boyfriend or date in there with her. She was constantly touching his face and what it looked like ‘she was plugging his eyebrows’…. She continued to touch his face with the same gloves that she wore to serve customers food.
