Spicy Temptation — Restaurant in Rotterdam

Had high hopes, as it was named as one of more traditional Chinese restaurants. The food was decent, but far from delicious. The waiter was very confused and quite pushy. But the cherry on top was desert. We ordered deep fried coconut milk. It came on a bed of cucumbers and mayo. I repeat, sugary beigne inspired goodness with mayo... We asked, it was not a mistake. So I would definitely suggest to skip that, there are weird food combos and then there are just bad ones....

I was so disappointed. I ordered crab which was far from fresh, and the spicy sour soup was all wrong, without shrimps but with fat pork meat...! It's absolutely not how it's supposed to be. The service made me uncomfortable. The waiter appeared to be awkward. And when asked about a certain dish's ingredients, the waiter had no idea and had to consult his colleague...! I'll be sure never visit this...

Delicious authentic Chinese food. I've had dinner here a few times. Ordered beef dry pot every time and were amazing every time. Together with Yasmin tea, it was only about €35 for two people. Staff was friendly, but their English and Dutch was poor. Undoubtedly their Chinese was perfect, but unfortunately my Chinese is far from perfect haha.
