Bram Ladage Kruisplein — Restaurant in Rotterdam

My partner ordered plant burger with vegan mayo and no cheese (where is my lettuce???) . What I've got is just a joke (look at the pictures) Pathetic bun with non vegan sauce. They even forgot to mention that bun contains milk. It's an example of unfair trading practice and it's punishable by law. I've got serious milk intolerance/allergy and it will result in me feeling very bad for few days or even hospitalise. It was today 2nd of March at 14 o'clock. Guy ( who normally serves us) was having a break and girls were preparing it. I'm shocked as we are there quite often so we are regulars. Not anymore sorry you just lost two customers. I'm not going to pay 5 euro for a bun with fake meat and sauce I did not order. Shame on you to treat people like that! Maybe time to do big...

Eating at Bram Ladage is an important experience for visitors to Rotterdam, in my opinion. The customer service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and the quality of the frites and snacks at Bram Ladage are excellent and relatively affordable! It is well worth spending money here, as I have never walked out disappointed. I highly recommend the Grote Bram (Large Frites) with Fritesaus and Currysaus and a Bamischrijf on the side!
