I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this store,I placed an order with them by Thuisbezorgd (5june) but they delivered the wrong items. They acknowledged the mistake and promised to refund 50% of my purchase as compensation or they did the new one(it will take very long time to delivery) the person that I talked on phone suggested me to take the refund.
However, it has been over two weeks since I first contacted them, and despite numerous attempts to reach out, I have received no response. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.( they ask my number and order number every time but .. no one called me back) Not only did they fail to fulfill my order correctly, but their failure to address the issue and provide the promised refund has added to my frustration. As a customer, I expect timely and professional responses when dealing with such matters.
I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering ordering the food from them, as my experience suggests a lack of accountability and disregard for resolving customer issues.

I ordered 2 large bowls for delivery but what I got was in essence 2 small bowls packaged in big bowls. When I usually order a big bowl I get it served full to the brim but in two separate occasions, including this one, the bowl was only half full. This is completely unacceptable. If I wanted only half a bowl I would have ordered a small bowl. But instead I spend more money to get a small bowl disguised as a big bowl. Besides this, I paid extra money for extra sauce to AGAIN only get barely half a cup’s worth of sauce. I have tried to reach you 3 times by phone but all 3 times my calls were left unanswered. Read moreI have only ordered their salmon poke bowl and tuna poke bowl. I usually enjoy their poke bowls. They are generous with their servings of protein and veggies. However, I noticed that their scoops of protein have become smaller.
Some employees like to slather the poke bowls in sauce. I have had a tuna poke bowl that was drowning in spicy mayo. They had used so much mayo that the entire bowl had become inedible. Ever since I always order a poke bowl with the sauce on the side or without sauce.
I do not always like their rice. A few times, the rice was hard and dry. I also do not always like their avocado. A few times, the avocado was not ripe enough.
