What a great find! Sometimes, you get lucky stumbling into a random new restaurant and finding a place that you would be willing to travel back to again. The food was remarkably well prepared and had authentic flavors. The masalas were wonderfully blended, the chicken from the tandoor were just right such that they retained their moisture and flavors, and the paneer was fresh. The presentation of the dishes was also thoughtfully composed. There was a quiet and charming little hidden garden in the back that provided wonderful ambience. All the classic dishes with authentic taste. They do well with their tandoor oven, making good tandoori naan and butter chicken. The palak paneer was properly done, and more importantly, the chicken biryani, which not every restaurant in the Netherlands gets right. The elaichi chai was perfectly done.
