I was in The Hague for a few days, for work, and after a long work day was looking for a nice meal. There are a lot of options in this particular area and, at a first glance, this restaurant didn't appeal to me all that much for some reason, so I walked past it. However, I really do like Indian food, so eventually I reconsidered. I'm glad I did. The staff was friendly and attentive and, most importantly, the food was good. I had a chicken bhuna, with rice and a plain naan bread, and a beer. The chicken was spicy, but that is how it should be and it was not too much. The chicken was also nice and tender and the sauce was nicely filled with vegetables. The portion size was ample and the meal also came with a small cucumber salad, which was a fresh touch. My boyfriend and I (tourist) dined in and the food was fantastic. To start off with drinks we each had water and got a lassie my boyfriend got the mango banana and I got the mango .The were so delicious and creamy so we ended up getting another at the end. We got starters the lamb samosas and the cheese naan they were so light but chewy, super good with butter chicken sauce. For entrées I had got the butter chicken mild and my boyfriend got the lamb Josh. We were pleasantly surprised with the lamb Josh fullness and its spice. Everything was very good and to end the meal we ordered a strawberry lassie and got the pistachio kolfi.
