It's crazy that in 2019 people still manage to screw up pasta. There is so much wrong here. Each individual portion of pasta ordered comes out of its own plastic bag. The utensil you are given is laminated plastic - the worst for recycling. The amount of plastic they must go through is crazy. Pasta is precooked but precooked far too much. The process of then reheating it turns it to mush. The system of taking orders doesn't work. Everyone is reaching over each other, spilling sauce everywhere and wasting time and food.

Very disappointed. I used to be a fan of Julia’s pasta. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated so much in the last years. The pasta is not worth the price. The pasta is cooked and then placed in the box while the sauce is poured over top. This makes the pasta stick together at the bottom. If you try to mix it the pasta breaks and then mushes. To avoid this I asked the employee if he could place the pasta in the sauce on the stove so that it would be mixed and I was met with a very rude no. I do not recommend this...

I stopped to buy myself a sandwich, but the employee who was serving me decided to serve 5 people after me . So I was waiting 10 minutes for the sandwich that I did not receive in the end because I had to go catch the train and go to work . Maybe you should focus on one customer and then serve another one or change your employees because this lady clearly did not want to work there today. It was my last visit...
