McDonald's Scheveningen Kurhausweg — Restaurant in The Hague

It's a McDonald's. Their food is tasty, even if it's not very healthy or cheap. I especially like the mchicken menu. It's really tasty and it's a full meal, which is good. This particular McDonald's is close to the beach, and it's always very crowded around dinner time. Because of this it takes a lot of time before your food is ready. Because of that your gonna spend a lot of time in this McDonald's, whereas you wouldn't in other McDonald's. They are also understaffed, so they really can't handle the big influx of people. We ordered on the screen and I had 900 points for a free Mcrispy and ordered a vanilla milkshake. Turns out the order didn’t go through after waiting 20 minutes for the good. So we asked for it and she said they didn’t have the order. The person behind the cashier was very nice but she went to ask the manager about the free Mcrispy but she just said they couldn’t give me a free one even though I had proof of the 900 points were used. Two things were missing from our order (patty for the salad, fries sauce). When i went back to get them, i was met with distrust rather than an apology. They also gave the wrong happy meal toys. On top of that, the atmosphere was unpleasant with negative people all around us. There's lots of tourist traps in Scheveningen, but next time I'd pick those over this place.
