Great Wok-Style Food with Efficient Service! We visited Eazie Scheveningen for lunch and had a really good experience. The food was nice and different – they specialize in wok fry items as mentioned in their menu. To be honest, for my taste, it's not authentic wok-style food, but it's their own take on it and still quite good. It was a pleasant change from typical lunch options. The restaurant has nice decorations and wasn't too crowded during our visit, which made for a comfortable dining atmosphere. Prices are quite reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. On the day we went, there was only one staff member handling both food preparation and service, so things were understandably a bit slower than usual. However, we were in a hurry to catch our train, and she was incredibly efficient and understanding! She made sure we were served as quickly as possible without compromising on the quality. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! This place is terrible, firstly they get your order wrong, then they leave things out of your order, and in our case the smoothies spilled all over the takeaway bag, and I literally saw the girl decide to just give it to us dirty anyway. I said something about it to her and ONLY then did she clean up the mess for us. Got home saw my order was wrong and called, and they expect me to bring it back the next day in order to get a new meal?? So bizarre....I had thrown it away because it wasn’t what I wanted! Then this manager actually had the nerve to ask me to take a photo of my trash???? To PROVE to him that I didn’t like my meal? The food was nice but one of our two orders was completely different from what we'd selected. Upon calling they sent the right food but this took over 40 min (after promising max 30). It was accompanied with a card asking us to please leave a good review. Without the card I would not have left this review. Messing up an order can of course happen and is no problem, but if it happens don't go asking for positive reviews. If you want to stop me from writing a bad one when something has gone wrong, including a free drink or snack is a much nicer and more effective (and common!) way. A card like this feels...
