Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in The Hague

This Papa John’s location has officially lost me.

For the third time, I received a sausage pizza instead of the pepperoni I ordered. I was hoping it was just bad luck the first two times, but clearly this store just doesn’t care.

To make it worse, the order was late — Uber Eats estimated arrival between 17:00–17:20, but it didn’t arrive until after 18:00 (screenshot attached). And when I contacted support, the manager refused to acknowledge the mistake, insisting I got the “correct order.” You can literally see in the photo that it’s not pepperoni.

Uber Eats had to escalate the issue because the manager wouldn't take any accountability. No apology, no fix, nothing. I literally had to put this in the garbage because I absolutely hate...

Horrible. The quality is just... Well there is no quality. 40euros for two dry pizzas with no toppings when added extra... No tomato sauce. The pizzas are dry and looked like there were made three days ago. The pizzas here was a medium classic crust with extra cheese, fresh tomatoes and bell pepper. Where is the cheese? And the tomatoes? The crust is a thin one instead of an original. And it tasted like rubber. It's a rip off. Honestly we are very desapointed and angry that this place could serve such awful food with no shame....

Very disappointing experience with Papa Johns . I ordered 2 pizzas with mushrooms and corn (mais) but received 2 pizzas with paprika instead. Mistakes can happen, but what made it worse was the response when I called. The person on the phone was unhelpful and unwilling to offer any solution, no replacement, no refund, nothing. After already waiting a long time for the order, being told “we can’t do anything” is unacceptable. Terrible customer service. I won’t be...
