I went here on a wednesday at 12:52 and waitrd for 30min. The sandwiches are indeed soggy, as other reviewers has mentioned it before. So it didnt change I guesd. The ordering system is so slow. I had to press several times the screen before it went to the next step. This was also mentioned by some reviewers and also this hasnt changed for the good. Do note, order at the counter as that is also possible and you are faster. Overall experience not worth the wait, the food and the money so I wouldn't recommend this place.

Vandaag geholpen door Damian. Top medewerker, straalt positiviteit uit en heeft me goed geholpen. Hij heeft vertelde wel is zelf met de broodjes leuke combinaties te hebben gemaakt. En dat kwam goed uit een combinatie van hem leverde een lekkere pittige broodje op!

If you wanna pay 29 eur and wait 1 hour for a soggy sandwich which never prepared in the correct way this is the perfect place for you to go. After giving them not one not two chance they still can't complete an order it's not rocket science just a sandwich cmon... I am done with you all today was my last order placed by Leidschendam subway 🤡 can't make a normal...

Het is super inconsistent! Soms is het lekker, maar meestal krijg ik flinke buikpijn na het eten.

Ik was trouwens een keer op de dag na oud en nieuw gegaan omdat ik langs de Gamma moest en de mevrouw zei (vriendelijk): Ja, we hebben geen brood omdat we gisteren gesloten waren. Maar dan denk ik van: Letterlijk je hele concept is brood toch? Dan zorg je ervoor dat je eerder op de zaak bent om brood te bakken lijkt mij. Net alsof je in de ochtend naar de bakker zou gaan en krijgt te horen: Sorry, we hebben geen brood. Niet persoonlijk naar het personeel bedoeld want het is niet hun schuld, maar voor de klant is het...
