I am deeply disappointed with the way my family and I were treated at this restaurant. We arrived hoping to enjoy a good meal, but we were told that there were no tables available. At first, this seemed normal. However, what happened next left us speechless: shortly after us, other people arrived and, to our surprise, were warmly greeted and quickly seated at tables that had just been "unavailable" to us.

It's hard not to think that our physical appearance played a role in this refusal. Discrimination based on appearance is not only unacceptable but deeply hurtful. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their appearance or background.

I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment if they expect to be welcomed with dignity and respect. A restaurant is more than just the food it serves: it's about values and how it treats...

My partner reserved a table for 4 people days in advance. We turned up on time only to be told that we were lucky to be given stools overlooking the pizza oven. Not exactly what i would say is lucky for a family of 4 to be sat in a row. I explained that we expected a table, the waitress was totally unapologetic. Restaurants hate when you don't show up without cancelling, but the shoe on the other foot its ok to take a reserved table away. Long story short we ended up with a pizza from AH at home because it was Friday and we had no reservation anywhere else. 2 very upset little girls. Thanks Vincenzo for ruining our family night out. I live in the neighborhood and the quality of pizza is what drives us here quite often but unfortunately the overall service is quite bad : waiting time is generally 1 hr for a pizza , if you order starters they come 30-40 mins later, then the pizza is not hot as you would imagine for a crowded place but rather cold ?! , many times the delivery is with mistakes or there are mistakes even in the bill . Today we asked for an ashtray and we received it full of cigarette buds ?! Bad experience overall and I wonder if there is any mgmt involved here to verify their service and correct an otherwise missed opportunity , considering the quality...
