Table for 6. Ordered drinks and food. Drinks order take incorrectly, with missong drinks. Orders of missong drinks were place in back of queue amd not expediated. Drinks came and finished before any food arrived. Looked around and many tables had been served food. Walked in to inquire and was told that because there was a warm bagel on the menu that our order was pushed to the back of the queue, as long as cold orders were coming in. Food came, and one bagel was missing completely. Asked to speak to a manager, but one did not present themselves. Typically terrible Dutch service. A tip from a foreigner; it's not direct, it's rudeness.

Very cosy place and friendly staff. The decoration in inviting and so is the staff. People had smiles on their faces and enjoying a good time, so was I. The card is well explained in both Dutch and English and they have vegan options which I was very happy to see and try. I had a Jungle juice and tried the "Awesome prana" and it was true to its name: awesome. I enjoyed my short stay there and will come back when I am next in Tilburg. Such a lovely and cosy place! The staff is nice and polite, good and fast service. I loved the interiors and the ambience, it has a good location, after a day of shopping we just stopped by for a cup of coffee and it was surprising to see the delicious selection of bagels. The coffee, bagels, tea and the cakes were delicious! Loved everything about this place! Will for sure go again and keep it as my to go place while I am...
