I’m a tourist, so I’ve decided to eat takeout soup on the bench outside. The cashier lady said it’s alright. But then unexpected happened - I dropped my soup on the ground.. the package isn’t even suitable for soup - it was leaking away from the very beginning. My mistake was to ignore it. And there’s no tables at all, even small one. Can’t deny - the food was delicious (spicy Tom Yum (managed to save a little after the fall) and spring roll with chicken). But service and tables outside is something to work on. I was upset the lady didn’t give me a discount or a small treat because it was always happening to me earlier in similar situations. The food is as good as the service. I ordered the food via Thuisbezorgd, but due to technical problems of Thuisbezorgd, the delivery was delayed for almost 2 hours. The restaurant then called and apologized for this inconvenience, and although they closed at 21:30, they kindly offered to wait for extra 40 minutes - 1 hour until the courrier came.
