2nd time visiting. First time was pleasant, however I only had a coffee. 2nd time was not a success. Appetizer took 1 hour to receive, I had the bread with dip. I can only describe the bread as reheated and the dips consisted of a (tasty) Aioli and olive oil. I would suggest adding a little dish of salt and/or another sauce.
I had the English Burger as a main. The cheddar was a square, not a sharp English cheddar but more of a mass produced block cheddar. The bun was bought like next door at the supermarket, the onion rings too large. The only things tasty were the bacon and the patty itself. I had also asked to not have picalilly on the burger as in my opinion it would overtake the flavour. I am still not sure whether adding cheddar and picallily make an English burger.
