Café Elize bij ‘t Plein — Restaurant in Utrecht

Update of my review, previously I give 5 stars but unfortunately I have to change it. This place was an amazing place with great service and a lovely terrace, we came here multiple times the last around 4 years but after today's experience we really don't want to come back. This morning, we arrived to have breakfast as usual, and this lady with glasses who looked ultra stressed treated us terribly. I don't think anyone how treats people that way should be allowed to work with people, when I came to pay, she shouted at me because I didn't hear her ????? That's simply not acceptable, please provide this lady with some course of how to treat people, we are not in a bar at 03:00AM and even in that situation it's unacceptable to be shouting. Also, we always order the same food and drinks, and sorry but today everything seemed "fastly made " and don't caring about giving a good quality. One of the best cafés I’ve ever tried! The espresso and cappuccino were absolutely delicious – truly top-notch quality. The prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming.

Special thanks to Felice, one of the staff members, who was incredibly kind and polite. Her calm and friendly attitude really made our visit even more enjoyable.
