We passed by the charming shop and was coming a lovely delicious smell from the outside once you pass the place.My sister and younger brother had a lovely homemade sandwiches which was super filling with nice and crunchy bread and give y a lovely Italian scent of the whole idea behind the creativity and we definitely will comeback.Their coffee is great and tasty rather than standard coffee that you would buy anywhere.The staff was very cheery and positive attitude towards us and the customers that walks after us and that stands out for us.The lady behind the counter was super polite,bubbly and caring,she also put a massive smile on our face with her presence and was soo nice to come in the morning and see a big smile and kindness in front of you.Thank you for your hospitality,we definitely recommend the place and will sure will share with our friends too.Well dun guys your doing an...

My first and last time here. Saturday morning no other customers inside. I ask if it is possible to order a “self made” sandwich with ingredients chosen by myself. The first answer given by the kassa medewerker is: “if you want to order a self made sandwich you should go to Macdonald's “. After a cascade of all nonsensical words all said in the same time with me trying to make sense of what just happened to me, I got two flat cold tasteless sandwiches. Dear people, if you do not know how to talk to your customers and help them choose their sandwiches then you should find another job in another area. Zero stars for handling customers. Everyone has already mentioned the high quality ingredients and the food, which is absolutely true. The ingredients are authentic, of high quality, and super fresh. However, I also wanted to mention the service. The owner (lady in beautiful flowery dress) is so kind. She informs her customers about the product, its origin and is very attentive. We only had a quick chat today, but it is rare to find a place where the owner is so passionate, hospitable, patient and friendly. This is a must-visit place for anyone living in, or visiting Utrecht. See you again soon!!
