Super fun little museum hidden in the city. It tells you the story of how supermarkets developed over time. There is a great collection of old food packaging (tea, coffee, Coca Cola, oil etc.) that is just so interesting and insightful to see. They also have a great collection of pins and something that looked like posting stamps, but I have no idea what it was really.
There are also small cabinets dedicated to all the big supermarkets (Dirk, Lidl, AH etc.) telling a bit of their story.

On top of that, the front of the museum acts as an old-fashioned candy store, pricing candy by scaled weights etc. which is a really fun (as well as affordable!) to watch. The ladies working the museum on the day we went were kind and went out of their way to greet us and explain how to go through the museum. We had a very warm and pleasant experience here and would recommend it for all ages. Also, it’s a great spot for...
