Pizza Beppe Utrecht Oudegracht — Restaurant in Utrecht

I had a nice takeout on the 11th of April 2025, and thought it be nice to take my girlfriend to eat in a week later on the 18th of April 2025 when she came to visit me, when I took her the staff where a complete cluster from the start, although hardly any people where in, it took them 30 minutes ( I’m being generous) to take an order for drinks, we had to go up and ask in the end, food took over an hour to arrive and then he had forgotten to put my starter met order in, and the pizza then turned up, they said 5 minutes for stater to turn up I asked for pizza to be kept warm until then, 15 minutes later no starter had been put in when I went to ask they where rude to anther level, I asked for a refund and they said no refunds where given, the girl server actually made a forced laughed in my face with arrogance, I asked if I could take the pizzas to go then and was given the now cold pizzas they hadn’t kept warm. They make server was just as rude saying he had had a long day, they struggled to keep the tables clean it was a real let down. I would give a good review but the staff where so unbelievably rude although I tried my best to keep calm, we got in for 7:30 pm and left with take away after 9:15 pm!

They were more interested in send take out out which was going wrong too from what we saw and heard from delivery food companies returning the food.

Nice pizza but order the take out and pick it up your self, advice to have minimum conversation with the staff as they’re aggressive and rude, well the ones I dealt...

Disappointing and insulting staff must be removed. Last king’s day I passed by for dinner with my African friend. We ordered pizzas and calmly waited for 1 hour, then a large group arrived and were served within 10 minutes. When we asked, the waitress gaslit us saying ‘which order are you talking about?’ even after she had told us twice that the pizzas were coming. She became aggressive to only calm down when I said that I will write this review. Likely this waitress (white, black short hair) was feeling insulted by the presence of people of color and wanted to make an statement with her service. I used to be a frequent client of Beppe in different cities but will wait until ignorant xenofobic staff is removed to pass by or...

Spectacular pizza, mouthwatering tiramisu, and a picturesque view of the canal -- an evening well-spent at Pizza Beppe!

The cherry on top was the staff's radiant attitude and evident professionalism! I am particularly grateful to our table's waiter (a curly dark-haired boy with glasses) for his services, which rendered a simple night out into a special and pleasurable experience. I left the restaurant with a wide grin on my face, glad to have rewarded his enthusiasm with my tip!

I hope Pizza Beppe will continue being a space where I can enjoy evenings like...
