We started out with an amazing orange wine from Italy and then we had the owner, Sandra advise us on the dishes. First stop was squid in a vinaigrette with a sort of salsa; amazing. Very pure flavor! The pure flavors kept on getting back in the dishes we received after. Cold served cod with pepper and a foam of idiazabal cheese (I was the only one in my party who liked this), the crispy chicken livers with a bergamot mayonnaise, very crispy with a perfect creamy inside. If you are looking for a place where you don't eat the usual fast food, this is the right place! We were welcomed very well even if we don't speak Dutch.
