Shabu Shabu — Restaurant in Zoetermeer

We went there at 5 pm and we ordered our first Round. The fried shrimp was very cold. Also we ordered sushi with fried chicken and it was also very cold like fried the day before. The quality was very mediocre and it tasted not great. We decided to not order another round because of the poor quality. It is very expensive for what you get. We asked if they could do something for us since we were not at all happy with the quality and had to pay almost 90 euros for one of the worst sushi’s we ve tried. They said that it’s all you can eat and that we needed to pay the full amount. Fair. But would have expected something or an apology for giving us cold food that is supposed to be fresh. I like the sushi, but there is not enough staff to make it a pleasent evening. Staff is super stressed and running around. They try their hardest but it's too much for them to handle. Therefore you can feel the stress, they clearly don't like doing their job, they're not friendly or making any effort to create a nice experience. It was freezing cold outside but the door wouldn't open because of the 2 door lock system. The other door couldn't close because of the huge amount op people standing in and in front of the doorway waiting to get seated. That layout and door system is terrible. Great food, there is such a big assortiment of food. We personally kept forgetting what we ordered but that made it more fun to taste more.

You can also see there is a good management, because everything went really smooth. From delivered the door (which was really quick compared to other all you can eat restaurants)

The ordering via tablet is also a great idea, it avoids misunderstanding from client to waitress and it makes sure you can only order 5 types per person.

The drinks were also surprisingly cheap compared to every other restaurant, but in return you pay a little bit more for the food.
