Natalia's Kitchen — Restaurant in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

Visited Natalia Kitchen on the 17th Dec 2022. Our order consisted of the following... CHICKEN INASAL - a single one piece of chicken and some salad that was not worth $26. Chicken was super dry i.e. mummified. PANCIT GISADO - Flavor was 'just okay', but not worth $23. RED ICED TEA - PITCHER - super sweet... way over the top and again not worth $15 for what tasted like a sachet mix. SIZZLING SISIG - Still over priced at $27 but out of all the orders we received this was the only meal that we 'enjoyed'. Total price $94.00.

The staff were friendy but took quite some time to receive our orders. May have been Filipino time... even their clock on the wall was late.

Most of the food on the menu was not available, which only after we ordered were we notified. We had to check the menu again from notes that were confusing, especially when each menu had different notes and availablitlites. Tip.... just strike out the items on the menus with a vivid marker.

In summary the food quality for us was very disappointing and well over priced for the amounts and quality received.

Came here today for lunch because we saw a lot of hype through social media. Sadly when we ordered our food half of the food wasn’t available and so we had to change our order :( sadly we came there to order the popular ones but I guess stock was low and wasn’t available. Honestly even tho there’s wasn’t much the pinakbet was amazing that’s something I would go back for and dine in again, me and my group really enjoyed it out of the dishes we ordered. Dessert the halo halo was not available which sucks :( I wish there was more dessert on the menu when all of it was not available so that they could offer more. Flavoured fries- 2/5 sadly the cheese was average. Beef pares-3/5 sadly there was no bone marrow as we were expecting it on the dish and plus the dish gets saltier the more we ate. Lomi-3/5 big portion but lacking in flavours. Tocino 4/5 very yummy but felt like a bit over cooked Daing na Bagus 3/5 this dish was okay pretty small milk fish to what I expected. Pinakbet with lechon kawalii -5/5 amazing dish pork wasn’t dry and the pinakbet was so good!...

We dined during dinner time and we were very disappointed towards the service manner of the young lady at front.I ordered sisig and banana con yelo both of the items were not available. We ended up ordering Crispy Bicol express, Tapsilog and halo-halo. We were given $2.00 discount because the halo-halo does not include banana and langka. The food comes out one by one the Tapsilong came out first after 35 minutes then the Crispy Bicol express after 45 minutes and every time the young lady comes to our table she would give us an attitude and the look. We asked for home-made vinegar and follow-up the rice orders when she came back she aggressively place both on the table and left. We follow-up the halo-halo after an hour and ten minutes because it seems she’s unaware of the order, she might have forgotten about it. After few minutes, she came to our table to deliver the halo-halo and again with “ill manner” drop the halo-halo on the table without a word and go. This is our second time here and probably the last. Hopefully the owner will hire more respectful...
