Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to in New Zealand. Two times I was let down and decided to never go back. First time I ordered my food. Worker said 15 minutes. I checked in 15 minutes order still wasn’t finished I gave them a bit longer to finish my order. Checked again still wasn’t done. 1 hour & 15 minutes later my order was done. And I was furious. A few weeks later I had given them another chance thinking maybe if I order online my food will be done faster. When you order online it gives you a time that your food will be done. I arrived on time only to my surprise that my food was not done and I had to wait a whole extra 45 minutes for my food to be done. Not to mention sometimes people are queuing up waiting for their order to be taken some workers will be doing nothing and just stare and look away. Very bad customer service. Lol an absolute disgrace of a pizza joint. Some of the foreign staff (South Indian) are arrogant and can't even get their orders right. They just communicate in their own language and don't seem to be serious about their work. I ordered a big triple cheese, hot and spicy veggie, garlic shrimp deluxe and a cheesy garlic pizza, which the workers got horrible wrong- the big triple cheese was just a classic cheese size pizza, same with the garlic shrimp deluxe and they didn't give us the cheesy garlic, giving us something with beef instead. This had happened to us about 4 years ago from the same place, for which we went and got a refund and we had to fight for that as well. The young girl running around the kitchen and looking after the til tonight needs to have a word spoken to her ASAP. So arrogant and rude, doesn’t smile and constantly rushes customers. I was served with the most disgusting customer service from this girl, and as I watched her throwing her attitude around at the other customers today I was in disbelief. Never have I ever witnessed such unprofessionalism.

Aside from that, shout out to the guy who was checking in on all the rest of us and assuring us our food will be out soon, etc.
