Commerce Street Fish Shop — Restaurant in Bay of Plenty

Thank you to the team of commerce street fish&chips in heart of WHK Bounds. I love having to order great food, Always fresh &tasty definitely hot. Best of this team is knowing that your food will definitely come out with no oil left dripping on the paper like most shops do.having patience to prepare for happy customers.lets say yes I recommend this shop serves well also they make a awesome team..keep the smiles happening.

I would only use this shop as a last resort. The burgers we brought were slapped together with no love They were flat and lacked body not much filling and the raw fish did not taste fresh. I also asked for a scoop of chips which seemed like a cup, Maybe I just went on the wrong day. I've been to all the fish shops in whakatane but this one needs to step up. I only went to this shop cause all the other fish and chip shops had cues.... there was nobody here .. Maybe i should have read the signs. I will go back again just to see if it was an off day for this...

Surly service. I only went there because Gibbo's had run out of fish. Asked the lady for crumbed fish instead of battered. She did that lovely kiwi trick of surly passive aggressive WE DON'T DO NO .....service with a smile or crumbed fish. They took forever to cook the small order and then didnt even bother to bring it out, my moko had to ask IS THAT OUR MEAL....and it was hardly worth waiting for. Below standard food and...
