Quaint little irish pub in the heart of Opotiki township.

Provides a large selection of drinks and cocktails, RTD's and top shelf spirits at the bar, Has Sky TV playing most nights and is usually quiet.

The restaurant out the back has a small menu which can vary night-to-night with a specials blackboard each night showing good deals.

Food served is quintessential pub grub such as steak eggs and chips or surf 'n' turf.

Deserts are lacking with most of them coming from a box out of the freezer.

Overall not a bad...

There was no one at the bar, so I had to find someone to serve me. I ordered a pint and some chips. Once the chips were delivered, they locked all the doors and windows. I asked if we were having a lock-in, but I was told once I had finished my pint, I could leave through the hotel door. I sat in a locked pub for 15 minutes before leaving. The worst Irish bar in the world!!!!! No craic from any of the staff, they didn't even make...

Thank you so much for feeding Our Whanau of 11 tonight. We had a mixture of Indian and Kiwi. From Chicken/Beef Burgers,Garlic Breads, Chicken Tikkas, Fettuccine,Butter chickens, camembert wedges, hotdogs and nuggets, seafood chowder and Surf and Turfs.
