Extremely disappointed with my Vietnamese chicken salad. I ordered extra chicken, mint, coriander and no salad as salad greens often too old, too much and taste yuck . I always let the staff know I want a small handful of salad greens. After I picked it up I discovered less chicken than normal so don't know where my extra chicken was or any coriander or mint at all. At nearly $20 I feel ripped off. I purchased a metal tank cup. After using it 3 times the metal part of the lid separated from the plastic screw on part. I took it back to tank and asked for it to be replaced to be told by the lovely lady serving me that the staff had been told by management/owners not to replace them. The cup had only been handwashed, never put in the dishwasher. New Zealand has laws that cover the quality of products purchased and I would have thought that they were legally required to replace the cup. Really bad service...
