Food:
The sushi was meh. I had got the signature sushi lunch pack thing. It honestly Lacked flavour, felt and tasted dry if I’m honest. Almost as if it was made Monday refrigerated and then left out all day today until 6:30pm when I came through. My wife has no clue how to make sushi and does a better job than they do at this franchises store. The teriyaki didn’t taste of teriyaki it tasted sad and depressed. The prawn roll I got tasted gooey from very soft and sad ingredients and not fresh at all. Very disappointing and concerning if I’m honest.
The atmosphere:
The atmosphere well there was none there was a couple looking at sushi and a dude eating at a table quietly and the doors were wide open and it was ice cold in there.
The service:
The service was abit crap. Wasn’t met with a hello or anything and when paying for my food was met with awkward silence and awkward social skills from their staff. Not to mention the last week when I came in and asked for nutritional information I was met with no one having a clue and when even looking online cannot find anything. You would think for a company that has franchises it would have nutritional information available online or at request.

Read morePlaced an online order, confirmation screen said pick up in 20 minutes. Get to the store and my order hadn't even been cooked because the staff hadn't seen my order somehow. They asked me to wait 10 to 15 more minutes while they get it ready, 20 minutes later I asked if my order is ready. They give me my food but I honestly have no idea how long it had been sitting on the counter because they had clearly forgotten about me and that I was waiting. They were more focused on tidying up and closing the store than fulfilling my order. When I finally get home it's almost an hour after I placed my original order.
