Burger King Rangiora — Restaurant in Canterbury

Me and my partner came into BK in Rangiora for dinner we waited in line for about 15 minutes for someone to actually come over and take our order, when my partner said he wasn't sure if we we able to order in, the lady behind the counter replied "yeah well it's busy" (we were the only ones in the resturant) we then watched multiple customers leave due to staff ignoring them. When our order came it was cold and there was no sauce with my churros, my partner then went up to ask for the sauce as they had forgotten to put it in the bag, the same stuff member who took our order rolled her eyes at my partner. Such poor disgusting service no business will ever run well if staff couldn't care less about customers or customer service. I've been to some bad fast food resturants but this one is right at the top. If staff are too busy/short staffed to handle dine in and drive through maybe considering closing the resturant. And maybe talk to your staff about the current customer service they...

Had a very small wait for someone to come to the counter.when he finally dragged him self over to the counter, he stood there and stared at me, making eyes at as if it say what do you want. I said to him hello! That’s what you should normally say to you customers. He then proceeded to tell me he was on a break and had to wash his hands( with a massive dose of attitude). So the guy who’s job it is to meet and greet people with a friendly smile, was nothing but rude and disrespectful! I asked to be served by someone else, he walked off, talked to another staff member who just carried on with there job. My family had kfc that night. Was a pleasant experience from the young lady that served me there! I left a message on there message service, how ever after reading other posts they don’t call back. Worst experience ever. First, lots of dirty tables, so we had to hunt a clean table. Second, for a fast food, the order delayed too much. Third, they gave my order missing an item. Fourth, they took too long to realise I was standing still on counter waiting for someone to help me with 3rd problem. Fifth, the order came wrong, they removed onions and aioli from both burgers instead of one only. At this stage, I was so disappointed that I decided stay quiet and just eat my burger, after all, they were only onios and aioli, but... Sixth, the patties were burnt, in both burgers, therefore bitter and dry. The fries weren't too good too, a bit soft, not sure because I had to wait too long before. Anyway, I won't come back and suggest to everybody stay away until they decide to work decently as any other...
