We’ve been here about 4 times and the customer service is shocking! The girl at the counter never smiles, she’s never interested and she’s downright rude! They charge for additional dipping sauce, which is fair, but barely give you a decent amount and when you ask for me they ask for more money! Complete rip off! Anything that we’ve ever asked for is always a hassle. My partner used the toilet here and she immediately put an out of order sign and showed us the inconvenience of us using it. Will not be coming back here at all!!! Explains why it’s always empty when we go here. A smile and politeness can go a long way!! If you want your business to thrive you could teach her some manners! This was our normal goto. On my second to last visit the green curry was still great but the chciken was extremely overcooked. This time round ordered green curry which smelt ferral from the moment we got in the car. Never had green curry so foul before not sure what's going on there. Bin it goes the balance of ingredients was extremely off! Also ordered panang which was very bland & flavorless. Did not resemble panang whatsoever...atleast it was edible though as the green curry was not. Sorry to say but we will NEVER be back. Very disappointed! Total waste of 40 dollars 🤦🏾 Ordered the seafood egg noodles with Chinese ouster sauce/peanut sauce chicken and they were both terrible!! The seafood noodles were awful. Fake imitation crab meat, fish balls that were like tofu and it didn’t have any flavour at all. It’s so bland and flavourless. They literally only put 2 prawns in there and they were over cooked . I tried doctoring it up by adding soy sauce and sriracha. That still couldn’t help it. My wife said that the peanut satay was bad as well. She couldn’t eat, so I gave it to the dogs.
