Gong cha (Northlands Shopping Centre) — Restaurant in Christchurch

I used to hate bubble tea, but one of my mates told me to get a drink from gongcha, so i did. After I took the first sip of the drink I was amazed how wonderful the drink is. This was my first time trying bubble tea and Gongcha had really set the standards high for the other shops! The staff were super friendly and nice when I had asked for suggestions, I could tell that all the staff in this branch were well trained and super professional as well.

My interaction with the staff was such a lovely experience, the Gongcha Northlands branch is really well built and stable as well. The design of the shop was also very stylish as well!

I agree with the bad service. Waited 20mins for my order that I saw sitting in machine while others who ordered after me kept getting thier order. When I asked them they couldn't find my drink and then gave it to me. It was an ice drink and had mostly melted and they didn't apologise or anything.
