This lady on the photo should not be working in a hospitality and service industry. I accidentally orderd a “hamburger kids meal” instead of the cheese burger kids meal. I went to them and explained to them the burger does not have cheese in it. And asked if they could just pls put a cheese in it since the hamburger and cheeseburger kids meal are the same price anyway.. to which this RUDE OLD LADY told me “so you are blaming us for your own mistake???” I asked nicely and even offered to pay extra just for the cheese even if i know they are priced the same but this NASTY OLD LADY responded to me in such a disgusting unprofessional manner! Today, I observed multiple delivery drivers left standing around with no direction or updates. Communication was again lacking across the team. The floor manager was not engaging with staff, and customers waiting inside were visibly frustrated and impatient.
I watched how orders were being handled—food was sitting ready, going cold, while no one took responsibility to hand it out. This wasn’t due to a lack of staff; there were plenty of people available, but no accountability or leadership guiding the process.
This kind of dysfunction stems directly from poor management. Until leadership takes ownership and implements proper coordination, these issues will continue.

We tried to redeem a sundae and an apple pie from my app. Firstly, the scanner is broken, though not obvious but at least they attempted to let the customers know the scanner is broken, you need to manually key in the code. Secondly, the kiosk crashed, when I walked up to the counter, they told me you can only redeem one item otherwise it won't go like it has been stated all over the kiosk but I didn't care to read. Thirdly, when I finally got it sorted on the kiosk, they told me they are cleaning the soft serve machine and won't be able to redeem, but they told me it will revert back to my app if not redeemed.
