The decor is comfortable is its best element. Had a couple of breakfasts, while the flowers on plate make it more pretty that doesn't help poor cooking, dry eggs a bunch of potatoe croquettes from a frozen packet. Ambience not helped by smokers at the table outside with smoke coming in so even though we moved tables you could escape it. Why ask how the food was if you don't really care? And the coffee is slightly below average, milky and on the colder side. Don't be fooled by the flowers and what's looks pretty in the pic these are bag frozen quality ingredients. And just to add given the longish feedback response. I did raise the issue with the eggs when paying to a response of oh sorry after queueing with the only 3 other people in the store to pay while the staff messed about out the back. Coffee is to taste to mine this was just above luke warm and lacked any depth of flavor. When I moved table to get away from the smoke (twice as first far from the door as possible so sitting by the toilet) the staff just watched as we carried our food and drinks in two trips to another table no offer to assist and we were one of only 3 tables occupied - and at no time was the outside door closed even when the staff...

We came across this place today by accident. Just googled a cafe near me. We honestly had the best experience with really enjoyable meals. Really compliment every aspect of our dining experience today.

Gentleman taking our order was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He was helpful with our sons allergies and knew the menu. Lady who bought our food out was smiley, cheerful and friendly. Young boy who, without us asking, bought our kids over some colouring kits. Very kind of him! Kids meals came out fast as requested. Presented really well. Vast menu with a wide range of options. Really had a hard time picking. The classic eggs bene comes with a ham croquette thing which was delicious. Chef nailed our orders! We all ordered our eggs cooked differently. Every place we go I usually have to send mine back as the eggs are always runny. Coffee was delish!!

Such a wee hidden Gem. We will be back. Only thing that would be beneficial, that can't be helped, would be larger dining spaces. We usually take our whole family out (18+ ppl) for brunch and we wouldn't easily be able to fit...

I got the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. Pancakes were clearly store bought. They’re not difficult to make and would expect a coffee shop/restaurant to make it themselves. Additionally with the price I’d expect fresh pancakes… really disappointing.

We got the burger and it was fine nothing special. We added bacon and avocado to it and it was still mediocre.

Coffee was good. Service not great. The table wasn’t wiped down at all… Wouldn’t go back. I don’t know how it has such a high rating

Edit: I feel that the owner is trying to place blame on the customer with their reply. I was told to sit at a specific table by an employee once the previous customers had left. I know how busy it can get in a coffee shop I worked in one until three months ago. If the employees are new and on their first day, they should have the manager close by and on hand to help them. We raised the concerns about the pancakes with an employee and were told they would “say it to the chef”. Bad experience here and reply from owner has...
