KFC — Restaurant in Hamilton

My recent trip to KFC at The Base left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. While the food was decent, the overall experience was lacking. The restaurant was quite busy, but there was only one cashier working and one self-serve terminal, which made for a long wait to order and receive our food. It was frustrating to see such a popular restaurant understaffed, especially in a busy mall like The Base.

The staff that were working were friendly and helpful, but it was clear they were stretched thin. The cashier was doing their best to take orders and handle payments, but with a long line forming, it was difficult to keep up. The self-serve terminal was also a bit confusing to use, which only added to the wait time.

Once we finally received our food, it was what you would expect from KFC. The chicken was hot and crispy, the fries were delicious, and the drink was refreshing. However, the overall experience left me feeling a bit dissatisfied. I found myself wondering if it was worth the wait in such busy mall.

Despite these drawbacks, I do think KFC at The Base has potential. With some improvements, such as adding more staff during busy periods, the restaurant could be a great option for fast food in the area. The food is certainly tasty, but the overall experience could use some work.

In conclusion, if you're in a hurry and don't mind waiting in line, KFC at The Base is worth a try. However, if you're looking for a more relaxing dining experience, you may want to consider other options in the area. Not very impressed with the quality of the food,since we had to wait for half an hour for the chicken to be cooked. I ordered the X Bucket for $57.99. The skin on the chicken was hard,some pieces were harder to eat then others, while the meat itself was too hot to touch,one drum stick burnt my hand that I couldnt touch anymore, the top layer of the chips were extremely hot, while from the middle layer onwards were warm and getting colder nearer on reaching the bottom of the carton. The gravy was thick and gooey, with no taste or flavour at all, there was NO POTATO in the supposed to be Potato and Gravy. Very expensive and disappointing experience. I personally will NOT be returning to this restaurant again, I have had some beautiful chicken from other outlets,but this one definitely in my opinion was a major let down to the franchise. I couldnt be bothered waiting another half an hour for another disappointment....

Hopeless service by the sever on the counter . I placed an order for a hot n spicy boneless and a mini chicken popcorn and with the order i also asked for a supercharger sauce coz i always have my boneless chicken with super charger sauce . But when they called out for delivering the order i asked the lady named michelle that i also asked for supercharger sauce very rudely she replied that i have to again wait in line just to order the sauce the problem is why didnt the guy took the order in a correct manner . And when i paid for the sauce by standing in the queue he just threw the sauce at me rudely by saying that he was just dropping it in the bag . Pathetic customer service would not recommend them at all . The guys name...
