Miscommunication with our starter due to ordering on the tablet. We only ordered x1 starter but 2 came to table. They took other one back - please remember that not everyone is good with technology.

Beef Pho needs MORE BEEF! The ratio was off and I only had about 6-7 scrawny pieces of beef and the rest was A LOT of noodles and broth. When I look back at the photo on the menu right now or here on your Google photo's I can see a lot of bean sprout and green leaves - mine barely had any and no spring onion at all. I ordered "Chili" with my pho but ended up getting chili SAUCE (I was expecting fresh slices of chili- just my preference). I'm not sure if this was just bad luck because they were super busy?

Sorry but we were shocked because of the staff. Extremely rude staff. We requested 4 times while placing order, vegetarian fried spring rolls but the staff CORA ENGEL still took our order as seafood spring-rolls. My friend is allergic to seafood and I am vegetarian. We took our food and it was seafood spring rolls. We took it back to them and the staff and chief insisted it’s vegetarian. We asked for refund and they were not even giving us refund. After a long discussion, they refunded us. My friend fell sick and we had to rush to the hospital. The staff is extremely extremely rude to us not sure why. Never experienced such a thing before. Service is amazing. You get tablets to order food and drinks from, they're responsive, laid out well, you can view your table's orders, you can customise your orders, add special requests, add your own name onto yours to make sure it doesn't get mixed up with others, there's clear pictures of most items, the descriptions are clear concise. It's just amazing, a proper 21st century experience and puts other restaurants to shame.

The food. As expected from the city centre store is it amazing. Good portion sizes, fresh, and it's very quick. Chilli is a bit lacking but that's just me. Very light but still filling.
