The place is great for Dog owners. It offers live music which the kids enjoyed and the food wasn't excellent for sure but it wasn't bad either.
For example, the steak was tiny compared to other places I've been to before and for the same price, the steak is paired with broccoli and a square layered potato - not worth the amount they're charging, however, their other food on the menu is of good standard and substantial, like the Pot Pie - amazing. The crispy chips, yum!!! I couldn't stop eating it. Kudos to the chef đ
The desserts are equally amazing, yummy đ definitely recommend the lemon dessert if you do go there.
What sets this place apart from everyone is you're allowed to bring man's best friend and they provide food for your furry friend.
Service though I am a bit disappointed. Whilst the ladies are very attentive and friendly - There is a man who serves and clean tables there, white guy I think, appears young and short and with a bit of stubble and who also just appears to be Lazy. Asked to get us water, pretended to have forgotten it and just disappeared, when asked again after half an hour, he pretended to be sorry but so obviously lying đ, he then pointed at the bar that there's jugs of water there we can get ourselves but we didn't know that, he didn't tell us the first time, he could have done that earlier instead of letting us wait there for him very thirsty and parched waiting for him to return with water and because of that fart - I...
Read moreWe went there last week for Friendmas and paid $354 for six people, expecting a magical night of tapas and friends. The place is beautifully decorated, but we were soon disappointed.
The food consisted of only one small board with little food to feed six people. Honestly, the whole board couldn't have cost $100. We thought we would get a second board, but that didn't happen.
When we expressed our dissatisfaction in other reviews , they rapidly said we hadn't mentioned anything about not being happy and next time to talk to manager , do you think we are coming back? . However, I personally approached the waitress and asked if that was all the food we were going to get, as it felt like daylight robbery paying $59 each for such little food not enough to feed a toddler and food quality wasn't the best(please have a look of the picture that was for all 6 of us really that cost $354??)But the waitress just ignored our complaint saying dessert was coming ( we got a little chocolate slab and a mini shot of bayleys)
We had to order some chips to try and fill our disappointment. Not sure how worthy is the place for other events or their normal menu but if you are planning to book for Xmas please DON'T.Is not worth your money even when the ambiance ...
Read moreOh my gosh. What an amazing place!! We came here a few times before adopting a dog, and we decided to go in Saturday with our new Pup and sit on the patio. We did not know they were dog friendly. And saying they are dog friendly is an understatement in and of itself. We were sitting on the patio and a young boy asked if dogs were allowed inside and in my head, I thoughtâŚ.youâre dreaming ⌠and mid-thought, the beautiful woman (I can only assume was the owner) said âyes, of course!â I was stunned. They have a full menu for dogs, which is outrageously affordable, and they make your pup feel like they are the star of the show. For non-dog owners, I would like to make it clear that we have come here many times prior to pup ownership and thoroughly enjoyed the Carbonara, Margarita Pizza, as well as Guinness on tap and great mocktails. Itâs not like dogs are running wild - there are rules. And while our pup enjoyed her meatballs from the dog menu, this is a genuine go-to for Hamiltonians with or without dogs. I watched the owner and how she was and then appreciated how her staff were with guests. This is the kind of place that is Kiwi owned and operated by people with good heart. Also, the service staff (outside of management) is sways stellar....
