Going to write a frank review as I see some very mean comments here. No complaints from us. The kids think it’s better than kfc. We’ve been coming here for years. Some people saying too much seasoning some saying not enough. Can’t please everyone. For those calling this place bad service you need to look at the point of view of the owners. My parents came to this country with nothing but the clothes on their backs. They opened a take away shop not knowing a word of English so they came across as rude but reality was they were exhausted and doing their best to communicate in a foreign language. Owning a take away shop is bloody hard work. You don’t see all the prep that needs doing every night and every morning. Someone wrote there is a rude man who doesn’t serve, well, he’s the cook, working his butt off out back. Even McDonald’s have separate staff for the counter. Chips were decent can't even lie but the chicken... Dreadful. The meat... You could tell that chicken had lived a tough life it was super firm almost impossible to bite through and I've got some chompers. With no spices in the batter and the tough meat all you could taste was sadness and misery. No worries about the chicken being raw because it must have been overcooked and then some. Again I will commend them for the chips but on second thought it could just be that the chicken was that terrible, that the chips seemed a God's send. For a place claiming the best chicken and chips in town you would have to think they have not tried chicken from any other joint. Next time your craving some chicken do yourself a favour and go to Winner Winner.

Edit: Order was chicken strips combo. Might need to take back the overcooked comment as I'm suffering a few frequent trips to the toilet....

I have never ever order food from here, Lastnight I order $3.00 chips on phone, then I went over to pick it up and pay, the man charge me for $3.50 and guess what the chips was like $1.50 so small. I never go there anymore. the customer service is bad. I order chicken and chips before was 5 months ago and the chicken was like yesterday chicken, its little smelly and dark around the chicken, I went back and asked them for my money, and they said its a new chicken and I said can you eat the chicken she said no, then I told her can I give it to the other customer who is waiting for her order to see if its a good chicken or not then she said no, I will give back your money, please people watch out you are eating. they are feeding us with bad food and they are...
