Burger Fuel in Hamilton's Frankton area has quickly become one of my favorite spots for a delicious and satisfying burger. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by a vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do.

The menu offers a wide variety of burgers to suit every taste, from classic beef and chicken options to vegetarian and vegan choices. I tried their "Bio Fuel" burger, and it was absolutely mouthwatering! The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the patties are perfectly cooked. The flavor combinations are spot-on, and I loved the unique sauces and toppings that give each burger its own character.

The portion sizes are generous, so you're definitely getting your money's worth. Their fries are also amazing—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—and they come with a selection of tasty dipping sauces. I highly recommend the aioli; it's the perfect complement to their fries.

This place used to be awesome, the young man that worked Friday's made beautiful food...my last 2 orders have fallen terribly short. Today's was the upmost failure, order was incorrect to what I ordered online, then the staff member a tall thin girl argued with me over it being correct. I was going to show her my order confirmation email and what that said but she just said our manager isn't here...like you can't fix it?? Really?? Then I tried again to show her my email and she just walked off...I waited, now my chips are cold and we're overcooked FYI, I'm late for where I need to be and I've got a burger in a gluten free bun so stale I couldn't bite into it with only one slice of tomato the size of a 50c and bacon that was also burnt... disgusting. I gave up and walked out with my incorrect cold order. Not coming back here again and would NOT RECOMMEND anyone bothers with bad service and high prices for sadly bad food. Sad loss...you guys seriously need to pick...

I made a scheduled contactless pick up (entrance) we arrived on time for our scheduled pick up we waited 25 minutes the lady said she forgot we were even arriving even though during our wait she was full on looking at us serveral times in the designated contactless pick up area. Our food was cold, the chicken tenders and kumara chips were dry, the burger buns were abit soggy due to the sauces, one of the drinks were missing... I brought for 4 people burgers, fries, tenders and drinks and trust me it was pricey but my family and I deserved to treat ourselves and we were sadly disappointed and annoyed at the fact....

Please have better service for the next ppl i know it gets very busy doing your job especially under pressure. Please ensure that your providing your highest quality prepared food, whilst you deserve to be treated with respect as a worker so do we as a customer.. Thank you so much for...
