I have always enjoyed the best tastiest mouth watering yummy ribs alongside with all the other yummies HOWEVER, after purchasing a great crowd pleaser classic beach box birthday dinner request we were absolutely SHOCKED in DISAPPOINTMENT. The majority of our food was so (specifically RIBS, CHICKEN PIECES, CALAMARI, CHIPS, ONION RINGS, NOT SURE WHAT THOSE OFF CUT BITE SIZE MEAT PIECES WERE (first time in years we have ever seen this in the beach box. It has also been over a year since we have purchased from here) HARD, CRISPY OVERCOOKED REHEATED BITE FEEL, CHEWY, TASTELESS, WAS NOT FRESH AT ALL. If you were still open, we would have returned the purchase and requested a refund or fresh batch. What has changed? Where was the exceptional outstanding quality yummy food gone? New Chef? New Owner? What happened? Rushed the order for what? Reheated someone else's beachbox from earlier so you didnt lose out and try to drown it with sauce to disguise it? It is sad this one and only experience here has left a foul taste in our mouths after years of returning has now come to an end. I rang in a phone order. On arrival I paid for my order then upon checking realised that there were no chips included. I spoke to the lady at the counter and she told me I was wrong and that I didn't order any. I intimated that perhaps she misheard me when I placed my order. She said "No you are wrong" Being a business owner of 7 hospitality sites I would be horrified if any of my staff dared to speak to a customer in this manner. Even my 12 year old daughter commented to me how rude this woman was. I received no apology just a begrudging offer of chips if I wanted to wait an additional 10 minutes. Unless they have a very old fryer, I KNOW fries take less to cook than the time stated. Perhaps they are Paleo and had to be hunted and gathered? Came here after seeing someone's tiktok and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT 🤤 Bestie and I got the $76 share box - YES we ate it all, NO we didn't share 🤣🤣 it took us two sittings though (before Kehlani's concert and after) so portions are legit. We were WELL full after both rounds lol

Tasted just as good the second time too.. chicken quarters are so juicy! (Lemon Herb sauce we chose on it was divine) Every chip and onion ring was crisp and flavorsome to perfection - even after sitting a bit / when cold they were still surprisingly crisp and not soggy at all despite most of them being smothered in sauce(s). Customer service was pleasant, took 20mins to prepare but well worth the wait. Also bought and devoured 4 x chocolate mousse that tasted just like KFCs o.g recipe👌🏾

Overall great value for money and will be back again to inhale more food/try...
