I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional catering services provided by the esteemed Indian restaurant, Flavors of India, and I am beyond thrilled to share my enthusiasm! From the very first taste of their culinary creations, I was certain that our event would be a resounding success.

Let me begin by extolling the culinary prowess of Flavors of India. Each dish served was a testament to the chef's mastery, a harmonious symphony of flavors meticulously crafted to perfection. From the velvety Butter Chicken to the tantalizingly authentic Paneer 65, each bite was a revelation, igniting a culinary adventure that left me yearning for more.

Yet, amidst this gastronomic delight, it was the humble Chaat Papri that stole my heart. Its crisp papris topped with tangy tamarind chutney, yogurt, and a blend of spices offered a burst of flavors that transported me to the bustling streets of India, evoking memories of joy and camaraderie.

The pinnacle of satisfaction was witnessing the awe-struck expressions of the CEOs, directors, and GMs at our table as they savored the culinary treasures before them. Their inquiries about the origin of such culinary brilliance filled me with pride as I revealed the name of the restaurant, knowing I had introduced them to a culinary gem they would fondly revisit.

Moreover, our recent experience with Flavors of India catering surpassed all expectations. From the meticulous planning to the flawless execution, every detail was handled with consummate professionalism. The delectable appetizers to the mouthwatering main courses were impeccably presented, garnering accolades from all corners of our event venue.

A special commendation is owed to Sunita and Virender, whose gentle demeanors and unwavering dedication added an extra layer of warmth to our dining experience. Their guidance through the menu and impeccable service elevated our evening to unparalleled heights.

Came here about an hour before close so it was pretty quiet. Service was pretty relaxed. Kinda of just walked in and the lady was just there at the bar. Had to initiate the conversation that we wanted to eat here. And then they just pointed at a table and said suit there. So customer service could use a bit of work.

First thing I noticed was the lack of upkeep of the decor and general maintenance of the building. Patchy plaster jobs, things that have been removed from the wall revealing the old paint colour. The idea for the interior design is clever. Everything in there is painted like the Indian flag. Unfortunately had a tacky note to it. But was a nice thought.

The menu they have us had more expensive process then what is displayed outside and on the zomato website. However is still a decent price. Plus the drinks are cheap. $6.5 for a glass of wine or bottle of beer.

The saving grace is the food. It is amazing. Probably the best in the browns bay area. You could taste the ingredients in each dish and core ingredients really dining through. The lamb madra had a beautiful balanced flavour of mushroom and coconut and the chicken shajahani sauce was a rich cashew nut flavour with fresh coriander. Seems that most customers opt for takeaway. So I will probably do that next time.

Not usually one to complain but this was actually the worst service i have ever received. Took ages to be seen, drinks took about 20min (only 11 customers at time) Rum n cokes, come with no rum, then they didnt know what was rum, then they bring out shots of rums by themselves (no ice) they advertised house spirits as $10 but charged $3.50 for coke mixer not written anywhere. So $13.50 for glass of coke, coruba on side and no ice.... your kidding. Wait for food over an hour. Food was ok at time but got very sick about 8hours after along with another from our table. Might have been the still slighty frozen entrees. Charged for rice but doesnt say on menu, then was told well it says here pointing at small sign on bar takeaway counter - we had table service. $250 for 6 of us to have a super rubbish time. Lady behind counter could not care less about my complaint. Perhaps stick to take away as your staff cannot manage dine in customers. Sad as this place used to be great! This was a...
