McDonald's Botany Town Centre — Restaurant in Howick

Staff unfriendly , discrimination! Today 21/08/2022 8:30pm ,Wednesday I went to there the lady is big size and with unfriendly face ,her Age around 65 Years old ! she saw me waiting for the counter for a while , no action ,nothing coming for help ! Just look at me ! until I ask for help , she still not kind! and then I asked again and again , then she came !when give her $50 cash , from her first mean language which do not had the change for $50 cash ! Later she change for me ! How come Change from ? Try to make me difficult ! And then one Serior kiwi next to me ,she said to him which is sorry for your waiting ! That is good matters for him ! I am really want to know ? Does botany McDonald’s couldn’t find any nice people for working at Botany branch ? So sad for supporting McDonald’s! someone said she is manager ! So imagination that quality person how to lead the botany McDonald’s bunch people ?how to improved the group quality? Never recommend for coming botany McDonald’s! Never spend any money for it ! Better for donation some charity...

Rubbish. Came here on 11/06/22 at 12:30pm ordered a quarter pounder and a happy meal with 6 piece chicken nuggets. Food took ages to arrive the staff forgot to put straws and napkins in the bags, when I asked the staff for some napkins, straws and tomato sauce the staff were extremely rude and aggressive. The food was just as terrible as the customer service ,there were 2 strands of hair in my fries and the packet was barely full. They forgot the sweet and sour sauce that I asked for and the burgers had no flavor and were raw/uncooked. The food was also cold. They only gave us 5 chicken nuggets instead of 6.Terrible, Cold food, missing food, horrid customer service and aggressive behavior absolute terrible place do not come...

Had the worst experience here. The lady who seemed to be the manager (Wearing different uniform/work outfit to everyone else) raised her voice and told my friend and I to "CONCENTRATE" when we were waiting for our order, We were just standing there talking and she said our number maybe twice within 2-3 seconds, which is the time it takes to walk over. We took our order and the our next order came up. She smashed it on the counter and we were still being friendly and said thank you for our meal and she rolled her eyes and looked away from us purposely and continued smacking our drinks on the counter. Unacceptable behaviour, especially from the manager. Our burgers were munted and squashed as well. This was Tuesday...
