New Zealand Natural — Restaurant in Howick

I’ve been here before sometime last year and it was great. But I went again yesterday it was trashhhh. The macaroons were biggest waste of $$ the worst macaroons I’ve ever had. Cold and stale. Tasted like they’ve been in the cabinet for weeks. I then ordered a cookies and cream shake and the worker was so lazy. This was around 6pm-7pm yesterday. The cookies and cream shake had no sauce, no chocolate bits and no whipped cream. It was only after I questioned her she added all the extras and tried to lie say I didn’t order “fancy cookies and cream shake” which was a lie since the name of the shake was literally “cookies and cream” and it was the ONLY cookies and cream shake on the menu. My experience at New Zealand Natural in Botany was really good! I was surprised at how good the ice cream and frozen yoghurt actually were. I got a Fruit Flo, I think I chose the Frostberry frozen yoghurt with mango pieces. It was downright delicious, so good. The only thing that they should work on is their service because I was waiting in the line for quite a long time before someone came to the counter, and my fruit flo took ages to make because there were only 2 people manning both the kitchen...

The lady who was working yesterday (28 May) does not know when customers are at the counter. My sister in law and I stood there to get icecreams for the kids and we stood there for a few mins and she didnt even turn around (she was too busy on her phone).
