Read moreService when we get to the front counter was very poor, Asked if it was under my cousin Lisa's name as she booked for 18 people they said no so i see on their list it was under her partners name Seu and before i tell the person at reception she says Lisa has canceled and says to call i then say actually i see it's under her partner Seu i see on her list, then she replies No call lisa you said it's under lisa" as if she doesn't believe me so i call Lisa to confirm her partners name while I'm calling the rude person at reception has another colleague telling her to calm down. so i know for a fact she is getting worked up i tell her why is she being difficult? she just apologizes and then i confirm the contact number over the phone then they both apologize and show me and my family our seats so yeah i kind of lose my appetite after the ordeal. our family of 18 finally all grab a seat (it's a birthday get together) go up to get the raw meats to cook at our table and it takes 10 minutes to replace the meats so my family end up eating side dish food while waiting so my first and last time there worst experience ever and was treated rudely by one staff member in particular. Read morewas rec by a friend, they came here on a friday and didnt book, she had a party of 8 people. no problem w a table. i came in w a party of 3 the next day on a saturday and they said they were booked up, but all we saw was a half empty restaurant. no apology or flexibility or explanation given, i understand they had set times for eating etc and english isnt their first language but if u got walk in customers and empty tables and u cant even explain properly why, as a customer its p disappointing to see why? usual restaurant etiquette would politely tell you hey we got a table but youd have to wait x minutes if thats okay with you guys etc etc but none from the counter person in this place, so its disappointing - they will lose customers this way. Also i tried calling during the day to make a phone reservation but the line was occupied the whole time, not sure if their phone even works?? online bookings didnt work either it was all booked up. its like you have to book a week in advance but it's just a buffet restaurant?? im sure the food is fine but they need to work on their delivery and execution and be proud to deliver...
