Paldo Korean Buffet offers a diverse array of traditional Korean dishes, providing a satisfying dining experience for both newcomers and aficionados of Korean cuisine.

Food Quality and Variety The buffet boasts a wide selection of dishes, including bibimbap, bulgogi, noodles, and cold dishes. Guests can enjoy both cooked food starters and BBQ grill options. The self-service format allows diners to customize their meals to their liking. However, some patrons have noted that certain dishes could be replenished more promptly during peak hours.

Ambiance and Cleanliness The restaurant features high ceilings, greenery, and luxurious seating, creating an inviting atmosphere. The establishment is well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant dining environment.

Service Staff are generally attentive and friendly, contributing to a positive dining experience. That said, there have been instances where service could be more proactive, especially in guiding first-time visitors through the buffet process.

Value for Money With lunch priced at approximately $18 and dinner at $28, Paldo offers reasonable rates for an all-you-can-eat buffet. The variety and quality of food justify the cost, making it a worthwhile option for group gatherings or family outings.

Final Thoughts Paldo Korean Buffet delivers a commendable selection of Korean dishes in a comfortable setting. While there's room for improvement in service consistency and dish replenishment, the overall experience is enjoyable and...

Service when we get to the front counter was very poor, Asked if it was under my cousin Lisa's name as she booked for 18 people they said no so i see on their list it was under her partners name Seu and before i tell the person at reception she says Lisa has canceled and says to call i then say actually i see it's under her partner Seu i see on her list, then she replies No call lisa you said it's under lisa" as if she doesn't believe me so i call Lisa to confirm her partners name while I'm calling the rude person at reception has another colleague telling her to calm down. so i know for a fact she is getting worked up i tell her why is she being difficult? she just apologizes and then i confirm the contact number over the phone then they both apologize and show me and my family our seats so yeah i kind of lose my appetite after the ordeal. our family of 18 finally all grab a seat (it's a birthday get together) go up to get the raw meats to cook at our table and it takes 10 minutes to replace the meats so my family end up eating side dish food while waiting so my first and last time there worst experience ever and was treated rudely by one staff member in particular. Not going to reccomend...

was rec by a friend, they came here on a friday and didnt book, she had a party of 8 people. no problem w a table. i came in w a party of 3 the next day on a saturday and they said they were booked up, but all we saw was a half empty restaurant. no apology or flexibility or explanation given, i understand they had set times for eating etc and english isnt their first language but if u got walk in customers and empty tables and u cant even explain properly why, as a customer its p disappointing to see why? usual restaurant etiquette would politely tell you hey we got a table but youd have to wait x minutes if thats okay with you guys etc etc but none from the counter person in this place, so its disappointing - they will lose customers this way. Also i tried calling during the day to make a phone reservation but the line was occupied the whole time, not sure if their phone even works?? online bookings didnt work either it was all booked up. its like you have to book a week in advance but it's just a buffet restaurant?? im sure the food is fine but they need to work on their delivery and execution and be proud to deliver...

After a hankering for Korean food, we found this place on the way out to Botany Town Centre. You get seated pretty quickly and you are then given free reign of the buffet spread. What is pretty awesome is the fried chicken nibbles as well as the endless refills of bulgogi beef. My personal favourite to start off dinner is the cha soba noodles - Green tea noodles served in a soy broth - refreshing and a great way to start the meal. Flavours are pretty spot and there is a pot of soup on a gas burner that sits on your table, good for soups and veges and when the soup has been stewing long enough, it makes for really flavourful stew. Something you have to enjoy after spending a good hour or so at the buffet. A slightly negative comment is that staff do not really clear your used plates from your table as fast as you would expect them to. Prepare to have a small mountain of plates on your table before they clear it away.
