If you're at a restaurant where they don't speak anything other than their native language and almost all patrons are of the same native ethnicity, it's prolly a good choice. Gonghin doesn't fail. My first visit was with my Chinese colleauge so we had a translator 😂. I mean it's easy to point at the menu and order (I'm not Chinese nor do I speak the language) but any questions/changes were directed via our work mate. I opted for pork in fish flavour sauce and loved it. Another colleague ordered braised chicken with rice and that's become his go-to. Second visit was without anyone to translate, and more fun. I was keen on something they have a photo on their wall (not listed on menu). Pointing (photo was among many) or number didn't help and a good 2 minutes later was told it's no longer being served. No stress, then ordered Pork in chilli with rice and that one was a pleasant surprise. Essentially, bacon strips with stir fry cabbage, onion in a brilliant sauce. Will go back for sure. They seem to be famous for their beef noodle soup as most were ordering that. They have some good cold dishes too. And always ask for their chilli crisps oil - it's 💣.
The lady managing the counter is lovely and super friendly. Going...

Very good "special fish head noodle soup", note you'd have to be comfortable with bones in the deep fried fish head if you order this, the flavor is very good and the portion is gigantic especially if you get the large ( easily feeds 2-3). Eggplant with rice is also enjoyable, note that doesn't come...
