I couldn’t be any more disappointed with this service. Just picking up my online order I had placed at 7pm to be ready at 9.30pm. The lady behind the counter locked the doors & had told him (my partner) they where closed for the night bare in mind closing time is not till 10pm.

I rang their phone line as I’m watching this girl completely ignored my calls multiple times she just stood there chatting to someone on her cellphone.

When she decided to answer pizza hut phone line her unprofessional attitude made my blood boil.

We all have bad days you should of just took a day off, yet if you don’t like working for pizza hut remove your self like the hairs your desperately trying to rid off your upper lip.

Over burnt crust, less toppings screaming I’m on tight budget ant size portions. I couldn’t be anymore dissatisfied. This pizza hut store needs to provide quality service.

For their night shift crew on this particular night. Need staff who have manners & actually love their job.

Service & behaviour is not tolerable.

This Pizza Hut has the absolute best customer service, credits to the lovely man who is often on the front counter. He has served me multiple times over the last year and he is the most friendly, helpful and kind person. One time I went in and wanted to pay for majority on cash and the rest on my card which was only $1 approx but this generous man pulled out his wallet from his pocket and swiped his own card and said don’t worry about it. This was the kindest small gesture, I was so blown away. I called tonight and wanted to make a small change to my delivery order that I wasn’t able to do online and he made sure it was done for me, no stress, no difficulty. He is a real asset to your company and I wanted to take the time to leave a review and share how wonderful this man is. Pizza is always top notch even when being delivered. Highly recommend...

I had a worst experience with pizza hut today. Girl working there has really unprofessional attitude. She took my phone order despite being she shouldn’t. I waited in shop for 10 minutes for someone to served me over the counter and when i asked for long wait, I have been told I should appreciate she took my phone order rather then apologies for long wait. I can understand she might be having bad day or busy schedule. she could let me know over the phone about online orders rather then showing favour to me. This kind of behaviour is not tolerable and hope pizza hut will provide quality service...
