Absolutely terrible customer service. Who I believe to be the owner of the establishment was incredibly rude to me after asking to use the bathroom once I’d purchased my take away coffee, rudely told me it was for dining in customers only, if I’d of known that I’d of save myself a subpar coffee and slice and taken my business elsewhere. I should’ve listened to the many people who refuse to go back to your business due to your customer service, will not waste my time or money here again, I was also heavily heavily pregnant at the time...

I recently visited Muffin Break and was highly impressed by the experience. The service was top-notch, friendly, attentive, and efficient. It’s clear the staff take pride in what they do, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable.

As for the food—absolutely divine! The eggs Benedict was packed with flavor, and the coffee was just the perfect pick-me-up.
