to add to that When I went in, there was only one customer besides me. He wasn't busy at all.

He was in the back for packaging beens, and when I went in, he didn't ask me to wait or greeting. I feel like treat me invisible.

I've been waiting for more than 30 seconds. I suppose to that he did not realize somebody come in.

I asked ? yelles? "excuse me " at the staff only yellow line. I want let him know somebody is here. I did not go inside!

He reply me "Dont come inside "something. Without the expression "Sorry or please"!

Then, when his work was done, he rock the staff dividing line of the yellow border.

He never smile, never polite answer.

when I asking the coffee, he didnt say anything.

I said Thank you 2 times and he answered me in a reluctant whisper

It was as if I had become an ignorant, uncultivated, rude person.

Went yesterday and experienced the worst service ever. Although my friends and I went well before closing time, when ordering our coffees, we were told that we could only order in the same size which doesn't make sense at all. Also, the staff were all glaring at us as if they were annoyed with our order. Asking around, it seems like the staff are particularly rude to asian customers as a lot of my asian friends said that they experienced the same kind of service.

To add on, me and another friend ordered a decaf coffee, but it was definitely not decaf as both of us could not sleep at all last night.
